After breakfast, take a tour in Tripoli
city.
Visit the remarkable Jamahiriya Museum, which
contains important finds of sculpture
from the many Roman sites in Libya.
Later walk through the Medina,
seeing the mosques and merchants’
houses, and the famous arch of Marcus
Aurelius. In the evening, we'll transfer
to Tripoli airport,
we board
a flight
to,
dinner
& residence
in Sebha camp. |

After breakfast,
drive
along beautiful
Wadi-Elhaya, transfer to Al-awinat,
the real town of Tuareg people, lunch will be taken en route
or after we reach to Al-awinat. Continue to Al-awinat, dinner & residence
in Al-awinat camp. |

Today we drive to
Akakus region. The Jebel-
Akakus is made up of dark basalt rock
formations rising up from the desert
sands. You will have plenty of time to
explore the natural rock formations as
well as view the ancient rock paintings
and carvings. Located in some of the
sheltered Wadis are prehistoric rock
paintings and carvings dating back over
12,000 years. The rock formations of
Jebel-Akakus are very unique
and the area is a UNESCO World Heritage
listed site, dinner & residence in
desert camps. |

Day 5 to 6: Akakus region |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
After
breakfast you will complete your tour
discovering
Akakus region. You have
a time to exploring this fascinating
region and viewing some of the famous
prehistoric rock art for which this area
is renowned, dinner & residence in
desert. |

Day7: Akakus
–
Matkhandush |

|
| |
|
|
|
After breakfast, we transfer to Wadi
Matkhandush, have lunch en route
reaching Matkhandush about Sun set
having lunch and overnight there in
dunes camp. |

Day8:
Matkhandush – Grema |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
After breakfast start visiting the Matkhandush graphics area,
exploring
beautiful Wadi- Mathendush, a World
Heritage Site and an open-air museum of
the most beautiful rock paintings in the
whole Libyan Desert, where we find
10,000-year-old engravings of the
elephants and giraffes that once roamed
here,
then continue to Germa having dinner, camping in
dunes. |

Day9: Grema – Sahara lakes |
|

|
| |
|
|
|
After breakfast proceed to visit
Germa, the ancient capital of the
Germantes, the first settlement was
founded in the 900 B.C. Visit the museum and
an ancient site of the Germantes
civilization. Then we transfer to
Sahara lakes. Have a dinner and camping
near Sahara lakes. |

Day10: Sahara lakes - Sebha - Tripoli |
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
After breakfast, we will discover the
Sahara lakes, then you we get the lunch
and continue to Sebha camp, after that transfer to
airport in order to fly to Tripoli,
dinner
in a local
restaurant
& residence
in the
hotel.

Day11: Tripoli -
Departure |

|
|
|
After breakfast we take a small tour
to ancient city of
Tripoli, or the museum depending on the
schedule,
later in the evening we
transfer to
Tripoli
airport, departure to home destination.
